Unnecessary charges, very poor communication between service advisors and what is said to customer. Will NEVER bring any Toyota's there for service again.

We just bought a new RAV4 PRIME with the help of Mark Welcome. Mark is great because he's gotten to know what's important to us and then has delivered just that.
