Philip Lombardi was my service advisor. My service was simple that day but Philip helped me with issues with the dealer's rewards program. He was also knowledgeable and gave me advice on service related issues with my older, 2011 car. Good guy.

The WORST. .... Do go unless you have 8hrs to sit and stare at walls. The wait time for finance department over 4 hrs!!!!! No excuse when they have 10 sales people just waiting endlessly for the sales to be finalized. Need to create a call back time so you don't waste a whole day.
The dealership was clean and welcoming. My sales associate Nathan Ingram was awesome. I would definitely recommend Wellesley Toyota to my family and friends.
