Carlos is the best. Was patient with me asking so many questions and knowledgeable. Great person. Ask for him when looking for a vehicle!
If I could give Angel 10 stars I would. He was the absolute BEST salesman I have ever met at Atlantic Toyota. Always making sure that us as customers were completely satisfied, made sure we were happy and made sure all of our questions were answered. For my next car I will certainly be coming back to Angel for my future cars and I will certainly send my friends and family his way. The BEST employee ever. Keep up the good work Angel!!
Absolutely terrible dealership. Treated so poorly by their car buying staff. wasted my time TWICE coming out there. I was first reached out to by THEM to buy my vehicle. Had a price discussed over the phone, they told me to come in and they would buy. Once I got there although I sent them pictures of the truck and all the information on it. Tried to Work a deal out of state, agreed on rate and payment then came to find out they only sent myself and lied to lenders about my income instead of sending both me and boyfriend after I told them it needed to be both us on loan. They sent me to 9 different banks also, with lying about my income so if i try to go anywhere else using those same banks with my correct income I will not get an approval. COLBY was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Very genuine and passionate about his work. More than willing to help me find the best vehicle, specifically tailored to my needs and helped me explore various options for financing.

Brought my Toyota RAV4 for scheduled reserved appointment for oil change at 7:30am today. I was told it will take the whole day. They will just call me. It takes the whole day for an oil change? Then i followed up and I was told it will be ready by 4pm or 5pm today. I said I will just pick up my car and have oil change somewhere else. Then Duong called me back and said I can pick it up at 12pm. I got my car at 12:30pm. Not happy with the service that was done at this time. On the service package it was supposed to do tire rotation and it was not done..
