Nate went above and beyond for me and my husband in our search for a 2024 Grand Highlander. I am very particular and a bit impatient. Nate handled me like a pro and got everything right. I thought I needed a repair; I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t, so took it in for repairs. After multiple attempts, they couldn’t replicate the issue and said the car was actually fine - so charged me nothing! Appreciate their honesty and long term thinking
