All people I dealt with were friendly and professional. Emerson Aguilera was my sales rep and he listened to what I was looking for and provided the best available options and I ended up buying a car. He was polite and knowledgeable and overall it was a pleasant experience at Toyota of Massapequa.
My salesman, Cliff, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle. He is very kind and personable and answered any questions I had. Jason in financing was also great and made the financing process extremely smooth. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My advisor Minh took care of my service request. He was polite, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what my car needed. He also allowed me to look at his monitor so I could see a step by step breakdown of everything that needed to be performed on my car that day, along with an attached price for each service.
