I had a Great experience from the moment I walked in with Juan de Leon (sales person) and Jorge. They were very kind, professional and friendly. they answer all my questions and concerns. Very happy with my new car.

This was my first time going to Lia Toyota. I was so lucky to work with David Spafford. He was personable, attentive, and treated my truck like his own. There was a warranty issue that needed to be addressed and he resolved it within a week. I had been to different local Toyota dealership and was not happy with the service person there. He was indifferent and not attentive to my concerns. David was THE BEST! I will definitely be going to Lia Toyota from now on.

Extremely attentive salespeople. They met my criteria for a monthly payment without any hassle. Nathan Ingram handed me the keys immediately, asked if I knew the area, gave directions and I was off on my test drive. After my purchase Nathan has reached out multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with my car. Now that is customer service at its best! Definitely the most friendly dealership experience I have ever had.

This was my second experience buying a car and the first time at Wellesley Toyota. This experience was amazing!
