Not sure if there's a word limit so I'll be brief: My 2011 Prius wouldn't start. I didn't have ability to jump it to test battery, but behavior of car suggested something wrong with the electrical system, so I had it towed in to Lia for service. They ran a diagnostic, charging me $159 just to hook it up, only to find that it was just the 12V battery that had died. I asked if I could simply replace my own battery in a Prius and was told no, it's integrated into the hybrid system and I would be unable to replace it myself beca... read more
