This dealership, from the person at the front desk to the sales people and finance department , are young professionals who will go above and beyond for those who need it and want it.
I was on the search for a new car over the weekend. My Local Toyota dealership just didn't seem interested in helping me out, so I searched for a better option a bit further away. Toyota of Dallas did not perform my state inspection correctly, so my registration was denied by the state. When I called to get a refund for this service, they acknowledged their error and claimed I had to come to the dealership to get a refund. I had to be physically present for a refund? When I told them I am unable to come to the dealership because of my work hours, they told me there was nothing else they could do and I was basically out of luck.
