So what started out as a great experience ended up being anything but. I purchased a used Range Rover Sport the weekend before Christmas 2023 from Parks Toyota, and was told up front that the vehicle was in great running order and that it also was sold as is with no warranty, something that is not out of the ordinary for a used car purchase. The service proved at Lia Toyota was excellent; Lindsay Heart was the service associate and she was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She made the leocess of getting my dear brakes replaced go as smoothly as possible.

Put 100$ deposit on car after talking to the salesman, donny about warranty, later the insurance guy says it's more than 3× as much. I say that this indicates they think the car could be a lemon. He agrees "thats why it's so high" so I call off purchase. They have not given back deposit. I will edit this review if they do. Donny also questioned why I initially didn't want to put down a deposit a total of 4 times. "Just a hundred dollars", "why not", shady tactic definitely don't give deposit.

Wellesley Toyota was very helpful and very nice. I would definitely return to them again. Nathan was very very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I can’t say enough nice things about him.

DON'T CALL HERE OR DON'T GO HERE. We were looking for a new 2024 Toyota LE. We got connected to a person named Alens to help assist us in buying the car. We unfortunately had a family emergency so I called him but didn't hear from him after leaving a message. We also tried calling another employee at Wellesley Toyota and also did not receive a call back. A few days later he emailed me that they will sell the car to someone else and at the same time he charged my American Express $500 for a deposit, despite us now being in a ... read more

Nathan was courteous and straightforward. The process was very direct. I wanted a car. It was available. We agreed on a price and the sale took place. I will return in the future.

Mark was very helpful and knew the cars well. Very low key it is nice to work with someone who is not breathing down my neck Tring to sell me something / anything. would definably go back there for the next car
