Went in for my 15K service and also was losing air in one of my tires. Tim made sure the tire got looked at and after finding a screw in it, was repaired properly. He also kept me updated as to what they found before the repair was authorized. Very friendly to deal with.
We’ve gotten our last three leases from this dealership. We have always been satisfied with the service department and we are very happy with our third Highlander.

Salesman Ali is very respectful and responsive but manager on duty on Saturday 2/17/21 wouldn’t take call about 15 dollar dispute on refund. Manager put desk girl on to keep 15 dollars
