Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about the product. He does not pressure you in any way. He takes his time to understand his customer's needs and works to perfection to make it happen!! I will be returning to purchase another vehicle at this dealer because of Carlos and the staff. There is no hesitation for myself to HIGHLY recommend everyone i know to visit this dealership to buy a quality vehicle from a quality staff. i can't say enough about hoe satisfied i am with the vehicle i have and the staff that sold it to me!!!!
