Had a very positive experience with Atlantic Toyota. Worked with Eren Cabaci who was helpful, answered all of our questions clearly, and kept us in the loop while we waiting for our car to arrive. Everyone made the process simple and straight forward. No one was pushy or tried to get us to upgrade to things we didn’t want. Would definitely buy another car here.
This is my second purchase from Toyota of Dallas. In my research, they tend to have the better inventory selection. My first purchase was in 2016 and it was a decent experience. Nothing amazing and nothing bad. Fast forward to 2023 (November). Once again a decent experience. Sales team wasn’t pushy or over bearing. Negotiations were pretty simple and straightforward.
