Johnny and Gwendolyn were Awesome ! They took great care of me during my new car buying process., they even fed me. The finance manager and the finance department are Excellent. No pressure , just tell us how we can help make this experience great and it was. I have taken my my precious car there for service and everyone is so helpful. . They always manage to schedule you . And the reminders are helpful as well. They tie everything up with a car wash. job well done !!!

When we met with our salesperson (Ken), we were given a sheet of paper with 3 down payment options for financing without the price of the vehicle. We were also trading in a used vehicle. Ken never showed us how much we were being offered for that vehicle. We also asked Ken if Toyota offered financing. Ken said they would get us the best financing by looking around. From having a horrible experience in the parts and service dept. We decided to look into a newer truck. We meet the manager Hassan and he pointed us to Jose. Jose knew exactly what happens and asked what we wanted. He was honest to the point and worked with us. Way to turn a bad experience to a great one even if we had to come back a couple times. Even Willy in financial was great and friendly. Can’t wait to enjoy the new truck

Recently leased a 2024 Grand Highlander Platimum, my first Toyota. The experience at Toyota of Massapequa for exceptional, especially by Carlos and team. Carlos, was friendly, professional andhe worked with me on my financing goals and patient when I needed to get him some information. He made the whole experience enjoyable and this is from someone that hates to go to dealerships, (leased my last 3 cars online/phone) so that says alot for Carlos and team.
Greg Connelly is an outstanding sales rep. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. Our buying process was quick and smooth. Jay Cooper in finance was also a professional. Will definitely refer friends in the future.
