I ordered my 2023 Tacoma Pro from Darek Gulich. The whole process took about a month to special order the solar octane color. After about 3 months I am so happy that I came to Parks Toyota. Though not the closest dealership, we have been using Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto for a couple of decades for five new car purchases and all the maintenance services associated with these cars. No matter how busy they are, their service always displays a customer first attitude.
Lia Toyota is not the best dealership I’ve been to and the service dept leaves a lot to be desired. That being said, one associate went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Dores Bounphasaysonh took the time to hear me and got everything input so I didn’t have to come back. She literally saved my day and was just so professional and compassionate. Again Thank You Dores
We purchased our first hybrid and Marcus was very informative and helpful in explaining our options. He answered all our questions and we found him very knowledgeable when we picked up our car and described the inner workings and set ups.
