From the time I arrived until the time I left, I was treated like a King by the staff. Very knowledgeable, very engaging, and terrific people skills all made for a great visit. Left the car with an electrical issue, low battery. Declined 5K mile checkup so got a laundry list of items like brake check, broken windshield (as if I didn't know) and no diagnosis made of the electrical issue.
The service team did a great job. They answered my questions about new tires, and found me a great deal. Matt is outstanding
Colby was very helpful, kind and very efficient as well as being respectful and professional. Colby made the whole process of leasing a car pleasant and painless. Colby is an asset to Massapequa Toyota and Toyota as a whole! A pleasure working with him. Gary Kathuria was was helpful with the wireless car play.
First visit. Came in for one (very expensive service) recommended by another dealership but was advised by Toyota of Stamford that it wasn't necessary until later. Stayed for another recommended service. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. This is my new go-to dealership for service and when the time comes, will buy my next Toyota from here. Not often does one drive 250 miles just to buy a new car. For several months, I had been looking for a new Toyota Camry with specific options. After periodically checking inventories and calling dealers from Los Angeles to San Diego with no luck, I decided to expand my search.
