I had to wait for the car for several months, with little communication, but once it was delivered to the dealership, the process was speedy, and the dealership was communicative and helpful. I had an outstanding experience with this dealership- they sent me a great price promptly upon request, found me my selected vehicle including all desired features within days, and made the process so smooth, all without gimmicks, shady sales tactics, or unnecessary back and forth. They walked me through financing, insurance and the new car features and I was on my way. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable- night and day from the last dealership I purchased a car from. Outstanding, and I’ll be back.

We had a great experience. The salesman we worked with was helpful in working through the options we had for a new vehicle without an ounce of pushiness or the stereotypical "salesman" approach. This was the 2nd vehicle we have bought from him/them and will get our third from there when the time comes.

Colby was very helpful as this was my first car buying experience. He explained everything in great detail and took care of any concerns I had. It is clear that he takes a lot of care with his customers and Toyota of Massapequa did a great job as well overall.
