A smooth experience and an enormous amount of patience! Jason was incredibly accommodating and full of knowledge. He works along side a team of finance managers and sales managers who were also extremely helpful and kind during our vehicle purchase. There is a sense of affability about the entire staff at Atlantic Toyota.

I brought my 2007 Camry in to Lia as I purchased the vehicle there in order to advise me on whether I had safety issues that needed correction/attention. The experienced service advisor Lindsay Heart advised the Used Car Safety Check which did present a major safety problem - Water Pump Leaking. I have scheduled an appointment on 3/26 to have it replaced and want to thank Lindsay Heart for her diligence in advising me to have it done ASAP as I do want to keep my vehicle on the road. Price tease with Alejandra and Shelby. The posted price is nowhere close to the real price. They raised the online price by $1000 within 4 hours after initial contact. There is at least $2000 of additional dealer add-ons. Made offer at original price + full add-ons + TTL, and was rejected as $6000 under market. That's a pretty big delta.

I purchased my vehicle in January and still do NOT have my registration papers or license plate. I am on my second temp tags and they expire in 4 days without anyone from the dealership contacting me back. The reason you ask? They sold this vehicle to me without a title after lying saying they had one. This isn’t all. In my paperwork they wrote to owe me a second key that I had to harass them for 1.5 months.
