Great Experience with Wellesley Toyota This is my third lease with Toyota. I have had great experience with Brad Trefrey originally at the Toyota of Dartmouth dealership. My daughter and sister-in-law also purchased Toyotas through Brad. I traveled from Dartmouth to the Wellesley Toyota dealership to continue my working relationship with Brad Trefrey and Toyota. Brad was able to locate exactly what I wanted and it was an easy transaction, and completed with Martin Hansberry. Thank you Brad, Martin, and Wellesley Toyota!
Great Car Buying Experience! I Purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from Wellesley Toyota and the process was very easy. I worked with Shaun Fisher and Kevin Kielty and they helped me get a great price on a great car! Both Shaun and Kevin were very professional and not once did I feel any sales pressure, they simply just wanted to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted. I had a great experience buying a car from Wellesley Toyota and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Great experience We worked with Tim Barnes at Wellesley Toyota. We were in the market for a new Highlander, and thought we'd buy. Tim clearly walked us through all of our options, and compared buying to leasing- in a way that was no pressure, whatever we decided to do. We ultimately decided to trade in our 11-year old car and lease the Highlander. Very happy with the experience, and the car. A much needed upgrade.
Best experience ever. This was easily the best and most pleasurable car purchase experience I have ever had. I was greeted promptly, shown exactly the car I asked for and treated respectfully from start to finish. My plan originally was to drive the iA and go directly and drive a Mazda3 at another dealer. After driving the iA I was not pushed, or pressured. If I had been, I would have walked away. Rather I was asked if I would like a price quote which was right where I had hoped to be. Al Javid handled everything perfectly.
Horrible communication! Toyota used cars - do not trust what they tell you. Called ahead 30 minutes before arriving and was told the car as on the lot and not sold. Was told it had been viewed today but he reiterated NOT sold. When arriving there was poor communication in the store and treated as if it was my fault. Happy to share with the GSM the employees names.

very satisfied We purchased our Toyota at Wellesley and were very pleased with the experience. We have had the car serviced there and have one more free service next Fall. I had one minor complaint with the service , one was a car wash which was not a good job and the front window must have been dried with a dirty rag. They agreed to wash the car again at n/c. The second complaint I had was regarding my snow tires to be removed and regular tires put on. That wasn't done, but I was charged for it. I did not notice it, but ass... read more
