Worked with Nathan Ingram to purchase our 2024 Grand Highlander hybrid. He was excellent in helping us navigate throughout the purchase process. He was transparent and responsive as we waited for our car to be delivered. He was extremely accommodating and stayed with us late in the evening as we were completing the paperwork on a weekend and even showed up on his off day for delivery.
