Sorry not a good experience, waited 3 hours for it, bad communication, had to walk back to the service clerk to find out why is taking too long, she had NO clue even where the car is? On top of that the cashier charged me a surcharge for using a credit card without giving me the payment options. Maybe your team is taking granted that the customers have No choice which is not true. Did I made a mistake buying a Toyota?
They don't answer the phone and don't return your call it ridiculous. They don't care after you walk out door.
Service was OK, I felt the team was looking to “upsell” me on service to my truck . Then after agreeing to maintenance I was not prepared to have done on my truck, it was preformed incorrect and I had to leave my truck overnight due to a grinding noise . I am not sure how this was missed at the “completion” of the initial work
