Bait and Switch Dealer The sales manager, Benjamin Wilhite, hinted we should come early before the weekend for the rare car. I verified the price, VIN, markup, and if there were any extra fees over the phone. Everything matched, and there was no markup or dealer fees. When we arrived during rush hour, the salesman, Tijan, told us the car had already been reserved long ago. Absolutely horrible service experience. Got a notification that my second key is ready. I had already scheduled an appointment for a recall so I thought I'll get a second key programmed the same day. Nope, it turns out the key has to be ordered . They said they will order it. Got a call the following Wednesday telling me the key is at the dealer. I scheduled an appointment during the same call.
