Terrible customer service. No documentation to back any service recommendations. Just your word vs theirs. If you request something out of the ordinary they act like they’re jumping through hoops to help you out. I brought my vehicle in for a roof leak. Purchased a 2014 XLE Highlander w/ 72k miles from a local dealer (non-Toyota) roughly 5 weeks prior to bringing it in on 2/3/24.
