I bought two cars cash spending over $120,000 and I have had nonstop problems. They do not even care what they promised at the time they sold nor have they fixed anything that they said they would I bought I didn’t even negotiate I paid what I needed and when I expected, and I’ve gotten nothing from that from there, I’m absolutely disappointed and to this day, I would never suggest anyone to go to Toyota Carlsbad Use car lot or New never

Tim was kind, understanding and extremely helpful. Usually I get extreme anxiety when I have to take my car in for service because you go for one thing and end up being told you need 50 other things, but Tim was kind to break everything down and tell me what my car really needed.
