When I stopped at the Atlantic Toyota dealership last week I was confident that I could learn more about a 2022 Corolla Cross LE. I loved the car, but I was also extremely happy with the Salesperson and the Sales Manager at the dealership. The salesperson, Darien, was the perfect young man to do business with. Good people, knowledgeable, all work performed in a timely manner. No complaints at all, waiting area is comfortable.
DO NOT under any circumstances deal with this company. They have shady and unlawful business practices with zero accountably . Rosa was my salesperson. Rosa told me the warranty I was buying and the specifics of the warranty when I was buying the car . So I brought the car and promised warranty that in words "covers everything expect the battery for three years or 36,000 more miles" for 3,000$. Tim was very helpful and good at explaining what needs to be done to me car.
The service manager, Timothy Keehner was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and made me feel welcome.
