Always happy with the service advisors at Atlantic Toyota. They provide excellent communication and my car is always returned in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because upon pick up, the staff couldn’t find my car and weren’t discreet about it. I found it sitting in the middle of the drop off and pick up lanes while they were running around like chickens without heads

Super rude and unfriendly experience. Everyone looked miserable from the staff to the customers, not a smile or friendly face in sight. No one greeted us at the reception desk. Had to chase down a random staffer to get acknowledge that we even entered the premises. May go as far as to say it was an Invisible Man experience (the book by Ralph Ellison, not the movie, if you know you know), but definitely got a “Get Out” feeling. Poor follow-up after the sale. We were told that we would receive a loaner will options were installed but instead were charged for a rental
