Tasha was great! She was Very helpful. They even offered a free car wash which I thought was very nice.
Marcus DeOliveira was outstanding. The man is a legend. Came in for a 2022 Tundra TRD Pro and he made the sale smoothly. Very knowledgeable.

Purchased a Highlander Hybrid because we're having a baby; dealer insisted they couldn't go below $3k over MSRP. Felt kinda bullied and was pretty disappointed in their tactics. I found out later that there are other nearby Toyota dealers that ONLY sell at MSRP and I would definitely not recommend Wellesley as a first option.
Called to ask about a few vehicles on their website and what the out-the-door price would be. The woman on the phone said the price is always the online price plus an additional $1,995 charged to clean and get the car ready to be sold, but they can "usually take that off." I said fine, send me the OTD price on a few specific vehicles based on the internet price without that fee and that I would be calling her in a few days after comparing those with others I was looking at.
