Unacceptable wait time for an inspection, not even a decent coffee. Very lack luster service. Made an 8 an appt so I could get done early! Not happy..

Ana was so helpful, kind and patient with us when we came in to buy our car. She was especially patient with our cranky toddler! She really took the time to explain all of the details of the sales as well as the options to the two cars we were looking into. This was our third time at the dealership and our previous sales associate Chris and her really made buying our car an enjoyable experience.
I cannot say enough about our experience with Parks Toyota, specifically, Alex Quiliche (sales) and Scott LaBuff (finance). To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement.
