Ms. Adams was a kind, knowledgeable and patient sales person. She responded to all my many questions, and not once did I feel rushed or hurried. She was very pleasant to deal with, and kindly drove me to drop off my rental car, which I really appreciated. Our recent experience with Team Toyota of Langhorne Used Cars was quite BAD!! We were interested in purchasing a Toyota Highlanders on their website. The lady we spoke with on the phone (her name is Lisa) was very nice and helpful. But she told us that the car we wanted to see was taken out by the manage Tim Lorang for the Memorial Day long weekend for personal use and therefore we cannot see it till Tuesday. I willingly waited 10 months to purchase a new 2024 Land Cruiser after Toyota’s press release announcing its redesign last summer. Johnny Q took my name and kept me informed throughout the process. April then called and told me when one would be available at the dealer. She put my name on it in Japan as it was being manufactured. It was number 118 off the line and is beautiful.
