Good experience and Will was very nice to work with. Dealership was clean and customer friendly as well. Just waited a long time between making the deal on the car and getting the paperwork. Overall best dealer experience I’ve had.
The process takes too long. I was there from 1:30 PM until almost 7:30 PM.
Every time I have brought my work vehicle in for service, I receive exceptional customer service. Each person at Tustin Toyota communicates clearly and professionally. As a person whose employment also deals with customer service, I appreciate all of their attention to detail. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends.
