Worst experience ever! $3600 to have them damage our car. I took our Highlander (which we bought from this dealer) in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Received a call saying the car needed $3300 in assorted repairs. Foolishly, I trusted them and approved having them do the repairs. Then the really aggravating problems started. This is my first experience buying a car from this hear dealership. I acquired 2019 Toyota Sienna, and couldn't be happier. Mark lead me through the entire process and he made it fun, easy and very satisfying. He is definitely knowledgeable and cares to make his clients happy. Friendly, no pressure, and a very pleasant experience. Spend quite awhile with the salesperson and never felt pressured. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a car that same day. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant. This is my second purchase with this dealership and when it is time I will go back to them.

RAV4 purchase It was very easy to work with Toyota of Wellesley and Mark Welcome in the sales department. They were very friendly and helpful, and layed out all of the options I could choose from on the Rav4. Second time buying a car from them, and I would recommend them.
