the process of purchasing a new vehicle was a smooth one. the sales person was knowledgeable and explained all the details competently. the financial piece was not as pleasant as the finance person mainly addressed my husband ( solely making eye contact with him) , even though I (a female) was the one purchasing the car and am the person responsible for payment. i am not sure he was even aware of this but it felt awkward and dismissive. everyone at the dealership smiled and was friendly from the customer service reps and sal... read more

Was at this dealer this morning with my daughter interested in the Rav 4. LG was our dealer, felt like I was pulling information out of him, never offered a test drive. Ended up going to Massapequa Toyota and came home with my new Rav 4.
