Luis was great to work with. This was my second lease in zsix months. He made the whole process easy. Most of it was completed via text and email.
Just one complaint -- I bought my new Sequoia over 2 months (April 24, 2024) ago but it was missing the second (spare) key. I was told the spare key would arrive within a few weeks. It's now been 10 weeks and I still don't have my second key. Also, the driver's power seat needs a new circuit (or something) so that the knee support works. That has not happened yet, either. Ryan was great, we haggled over the price for a few days and he was very quick to get back to me each time I emailed him. When I went to the dealership it was just a few hours and I was on my way home in my new truck. Great people to work with.
I had a great experience at Toyota of Massapequa. I really appreciated the time and attention Chris Brewster spent with my wife and me throughout the process. He also provided great follow up after the lease was done.
Each and every person was so nice and accommodating. And I never felt pressured...pressure is not a good sales approach for me. Car buying is not a "fun" experience and it was easiest, by far, at Massapequa Toyota.
William is a people person. He has always greeted us in a professional and friendly way. for that reason, we always request him to be our agent when looking to purchase a vehicle.

I recently visited Toyota of Stamford for a recall. They provided a free car check and ended up needing new tires and a strut. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Sergio and Jamie were exceptionally helpful and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. The service was performed promptly, and the quality of work was outstanding.
