My sales representative was nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this experience was very "transactional". So much could have been better, having been in sales for 32+ years.

I'm grateful to have met Carlos to help me buy out my lease. I was definitely a little stressed out going into the process, but he took care of me from start to finish and let me know that he'd be there to help me out throughout - even through the duration of my new Toyota ownership.
My father and I went to Toyota to looking for car three times. Carlos was very nice. We didn’t see a liked car in the first time, but he sent me the video about the car we liked next morning. The second time, I try to surprise him when we are there. But he leave early that day, but he still let his coworkers help us search the one we liked. Finally we got the car on the third time. I appreciate for his help and awesome job for us.
