I walked in on a busy Memorial Day weekend without an appointment and I was lucky enough to have John there who was able to assist me right away. This was the third dealership I went to over the past few weeks and by far the best experience in all aspects of the process and transaction. Was happy with our salesman but was not all that happy with the finance person. He did not bother to get us a good rate on financing. Got the best rate for himself to make a commission. I have excellent credit and he gave us a 8.5% rate. If I were to do it again I would have walked out and went elsewhere for a loan.

After trying couples of different dealers. I found wellesley Toyota, wellesley is best deal. John imparato reached out and set up an appointment with me. John was amazing, super polite, and very knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to what I wanted. John walked me through the process with no pressure. Luckily Angel met us at the door. He was amazing and the Atlantic experience was the best from Angel to Rich, the best Sales manager who sat with us and helped me out of my Prius and into my new Rav4 being sure I was comfortable with everything about the deal.
