Helpful Fruendly Staff We went to Wellesley Toyota first to try out some Highlanders. The process was easy and the cars were priced fairly. Marcus DeOliveira was very nice and actually looked for a car that matched exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you, Victor. Everyone I encountered at Wellesley Toyota was friendly and helpful. The Sienna looks like the vehicle that will work well for me in my traveling days, but only time will tell on that score. However, Victor was exceptionally helpful, driving out to Natick to give me a ride so I could pick up my new car, despite it being his day off.

Smooth transition from one purchase to another Ten years ago I bought a Prius from Wellesley Toyota. I have enjoyed excellent service ever since. But this winter I was ready for a new car, one that my wife and I could travel in. So, I returned to Wellesley Toyota, and once again they came through. I now own a Camry Hybrid, and I am satisfied again - with the car and with the excellent service from the sales staff at Wellesley Toyota, from Barneby Duplessy, from Chris Davey and from Mr. Houlihan.

Worst customer service ever. Recently my newly purchased RAV4 I was hit by another car. The insurance company came wrote me a check for the claim and gave me all the information. I contacted my Toyota dealership, even though they were not on the approved list as I assumed it would be best to go to a Toyota dealer especially one where he just purchased my car. Poor Experience looking for a Used Car Went to Wellesley Toyota looking for a used car. The main dealership sent me up the hill to their used car location. The interior was outdated and messy. What was worse than the physical appearance was our experience with our sales consultant. We were looking for a RAV4, but wasn't going to buy that day. Hiccups taken care of! Top notch dealer, really easy to work with. Even though they messed up my registration delaying my receipt of the car by 3 days, they provided me with a stop gap solution by providing a complimentary rental car for me to use until my car was properly registered with the RMV. Barnaby (Bobby) took good care of me- I would highly recommend him to others.

Friendly, helpful and thoughtful service You don’t come across this kind of service very often in car sales. Markus DeOliveira was very thorough, laid back, and informative. He gave me time to think on the car, and was considerate of the fact that I was 9 months pregnant at the time. We had no wait time, and he honored all of the preset deals we had been promised.
