Carlos was great, personable and very attentive. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we were happy. He also spent the time to help me set up my car play which may have taken me forever to figure out! Thanks to Carlos and the team for making the experience as stress free and as quick as possible. Waiting 3 hours for 5,000 maintenance checkup due to alert on my car screen. Needed 2nd key as was shortage when I got my car. Service person didn’t communicate the whole 3 hours I was there regarding going to another dealership for key. Was told when making my appointment would take less then 2 hours
Pleasant visit nice staff. No one likes to go for auto service but you make it acceptable by having a since facility and nice employees
