Manager service was top notch, thank you for a wonderful stay, clean and cosy, the station and all types of food very near just on the end of the road, thank you!
Lights and shadows.... Choosen for the price... Rooms are not huge but with a good level of commodities ( tv,fridge, tiny bathroom ) our one seems an old depot transformed into little flat. Located not so far from Ilford metro station, that good, in very multicultural district. The issue starts into details/safety... Rooms are not exactly clean, at least for EU standards. Seems more close to an Hostel then Hotel. Please do something for the smell in the lobby!!!
