Our experience was not a good one. The nurse practitioner was very kind and thorough, but the rest of the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I even watched them as they mocked a patient in the waiting room who was bleeding profusely. I just cannot tolerate that kind of cruel behavior. That poor man needed help and they were back behind the glass mocking and talking about him. Unacceptable. The ladies at the desk are unbelievably rude. Always friendly & fast service. They just got a new computer system and it was taking a bit longer than normal and they just kept apologizing to me. No apology needed- it was worth the wait to feel much better just hours later.
The people were so nice! I was beyond happy with my experience. Quick and friendly.
They got my daughter in law in quickly. They did a excellent job of taking care of her. We were looking in and out in about a hour.

We are vacationing in Pigeon Forge. My daughter had a rough night with a sore throat and fever. I decided to get her checked out and did a quick Google search. What a blessing to find this clinic! The entire facility was exceptionally clean, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, and we had a minimal wait! After Dr Luck ruled out strep he explained that it was most likely viral but offered to write a prescription for an antibiotic that I could fill later if her symptoms persisted or worsened after 3 days... read more
The NP I saw was fantastic. Was very caring and took a lot of time with me. Very nice, clean, and efficient facility. Definitely recommend.
Not that I wanted to be here on vacation but needed to be here. I was well taken care of by some excellent staff ! I was there at closing time but was not rushed out...the staff was very patient and took the best care of me. The doctor sat down and listened to what as going on, asking questions along while listening. If I had to go there again I know I will be very well taken care of... Thank you guys... You are the best. Actually in and out pretty darn fast...
RecommendedAll the staff were so friendly. Our visit was quick and not too expensive. I would definitely go back if I need to
