I was highly impressed with the superior care and friendly, welcoming atmosphere. My Mom was sick during the beginning of our vacation and had left her diabetic medicine at home. The staff took excellent care of her and went above and beyond to help her secure appropriate medication for the rest of our stay. Outstanding care in our home away from home! My sincere thanks to all the staff.
Very disappointed! After walking in with my 5 year old with severe ear pain crying!!!, the lady at the front desk just looked at her clock and me. I had to ask will you see her? And she shook her head no and sent the nurse to lock the door behind me!!! It was 4 minutes passed 8! I had to take the child out of the car and carry her in! Where is the compassion! They take forever
It was great until Well-Key took over. I'm no longer a fan nor do I go there. Not nice people.
Am a local and after three visits to our family doctor and one trip to UT emergency we went here hoping someone would do something besides prescribe pain killers . The nurse practitioner did more in one visit then our family doctor and they gave my husband something to relieve his headache not just mask the pain!!! They said they are getting him into see a neurologist asap and will call us with the appointment . Our regular doctor did not even bother to recommend further diagnosis! Thank you for CARING!

Was great place to go, good Drs. Friendly staff, then charged almost $800.00 for a knee brace that we could have gotten on line for $200.00 including taxes.

Would definitely recommend Smoky Mountain Urgent Care. My son had gotten sick during the night and still wasn't feeling well after he got up on Sunday morning. My husband did an internet search we were so glad they were open on Sunday. We took him in and received EXCELLENT care from the doctor and all the ladies there, from the reception desk and the nurses. He had food poisoning.
