All the staff were so friendly. Our visit was quick and not too expensive. I would definitely go back if I need to

This facility is amazing!! After waiting at Urgent Family Medical clinic for over 3 hours and received no treatment we left and ended up at Well key urgent care where I was seen and treated within the hour. I received top notch care and Dr. Luck was great. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing immediate medical care!
I was very sick and this place is awesome! Super clean, friendly and the best urgent care facility I have ever visited. Dr. Lucky and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Treated for acute bronchitis and sinusitis. Got a shot in each hip 1 steroid and 1 antibiotic and a script for augmentin. Dr lucky was on a mission to get me well quickly since my vacation time was at stake. Who wants to wait a whole yr for vacation and spend it sick? I was feeling better by the end of the day! I got very sick while hiking last weekend and needed a doctor right away. We found Well Key Urgent Care in Sevierville, TN. I was so surprised at well they took care of me, especially considering I was from out of town and would not be a repeat patient. The staff and the doctor was absolutely wonderful! We called our insurance company while vacationing to see who was in network as our son needed to be seen. From my first phone call to the time we left we felt very welcomed. The Dr was extremely thorough and detailed, he even said a prayer which we've never had that back home. How refreshing and having a male nurse option was awesome as my son appreciated that fact with his bandaging.
