I had caught a stomach virus and become very sick & dehydrated. I had to wait approx an hour, but in all fairness Well Key was busy. Some anti-nausea meds and a couple of liters of IV fluids later, I was feeling much better.
To let a man wait 3 hours, agree with him about the problem, the needed treatment and refuse to help and still charge him a full amount is ridiculous !
I have to say how impressed with this place. Clean. Friendly. Efficient Also I had a doctor actually pray with me. It is the hot topic on Facebook tonight. Way to go. Very impressed. God bless each of you
We were staying at our cabin in Pigeon Forge this weekend and I developed pink eye and a sinus infection on Saturday afternoon. After having a miserable night Saturday, I decided to go to an after hour clinic and my husband remembered seeing your clinic. The staff and Doctor were very professional and friendly and gave me excellent medical attention and got me the right medicines I needed to get me feeling better. Thanks so much!

Very professional staff, after one of our children became sick while on vacation we visited this location. The doctor was very thorough and friendly. The wait was an little long, but it in a resort area completely understandable. Very grateful for the team at this location.
