very friendly, knowledgeable, professional care in a timely manner. A cut on my lower right leg from a step collapsing on our RV had been healing over the past 5 days but then redness and some swelling and pain around the localized scab was concerning. An antibiotic was ordered and for precaution a tetanus shot given(prior one was 5 years ago). Husband repaired the step. Would definitely recommend this urgent care facility.
Stopped by after work for upper respiratory infection. In and out very quickly with shots and prescriptions to get me feeling better ASAP. Would highly recommend! All staff were very patient and kind.
Visiting from Illinois when Husband had a reoccurrence of gout in his ankle. Received excellent care from staff and FNP Wild. In and out in less than 1 hr. with RX to pick up at pharmacy next door. Husband resting comfortably. Excellent experience in area unfamiliar to us.
Staff were friendly, prompt, caring, and Nicole Marietta was so very thorough and professional. We will definitely see them again if the need arises.
We were at Dollywood for the day on our vacation when my daughter got sick. She has a not very well known condition. We were not sure what to expect, but were so happy to be seen by Dr Brian Pratt, who not only knew about her condition, but was sympathetic to her being on vacation and made sure that she would be able to enjoy the rest of her trip. We would highly recommend Well-Key urgent care!

Refused to see / treat me because I would not write social security number on their form. I provided both insurance and paid co pay. Was told it was my choice to provide or not, however if I would not provide they would not see me. I chose to leave.
Awesome place, considering I had to go to a Doctor while on vacation. Very friendly, fast, and clean. Definitely recommend for anyone that wants a quick no nonsense visit.
