Went there yesterday to be treated for a brown recluse spider bite wasn't sure if it was that or a tick but had the bullseye around it so I knew I had to have it checked out. I'm not one to go to doctors much but I must say I was taking care of rather quickly the Doctor David Luck was a really nice guy and super informative but the coolest thing was that the end he asked me if he could say a prayer with me for my healing I thought that was really cool never had a doctor do that before!!

Thank you for your swift and thorough care during my recent visit! Vacation is never a good time to get sick but we felt blessed to have found a great place to go!
I was traveling and needed urgent care on a Sunday afternoon. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were great! They made a difficult situation much better. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I was very lucky to have located them.
Drs and staff are kind and attentive. However I went with a kidney infection. Before my turn I had to use the restroom rather urgently. Knowing a sample would need to be taken I told the receptionist. At first I was told I would just have to hold it.... with a kidney infection? Really? Then I was given a specimen cup in front of a waiting room full of people and told to use the bathroom in the lobby. Afterwards I had to carry my urine through the waiting room to the window. Very happy with the time it took and with Dr Luck. We were on vacation and had been to another Urgent Care place the day before. The care here was excellent.
I was in Gatlinburg on vacation with my wife and our 2 sons. Unfortunately, I had come into contact with poison oak 3 days before our trip, and by the 2nd day of the trip the reaction was so bad that my eye was swollen shut. I went to Well-Key and within 1 hour from check-in a sweet nurse took my vitals, I saw a wonderful Nurse Practitioner, and was quickly given a shot and received a prescription from the pharmacy next door. Front desk could use some improvement ! I never give out my social security number to anyone,not even when I see a doctor in Georgia. I was here visiting my grandchildren. I became short of breath& wheezing so i was referred to Well Key. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Your NP was excellent! I waited 2 hours before I was called to be seen. I had my 2 young grandchildren with me. The receptionist who put it all in the system, told me unless I gave her my social they would not see me.
