Couldn't say much about the rest of the place because from the time I walked in the service was poor. The receptionist Rita I think was her name. Was very rude and not much help at all. I was just there to ask questions about there service and insurance accepted. She cut me off short while the other lady with glasses and short blonde hair hollowed across from the other window and told me they did not accept my insurance. I just wanted to say a Big Thank You to y’all. My family was in town celebrating my daughter’s and mother’s birthday when my daughter became sick. Being from North Carolina we didn’t know where to go so we were very happy to be sent your way. Your staff was very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Smith and the Nurse were Awesome! We have not had a better experience anywhere. And the follow up and assistance the next day went above and beyond. We now wish you had a location over here. Thanks again for being Awesome.
The clinic was nice clean - efficient and the nurse practitioner was great but I felt the $549 you charged was out outrageous for a sinus infection!!
