Overall I had a fairly good experience renting from Welcome Home Properties. I had heard a lot of bad things before renting from them and I was very nervous. I am happy to say that I didn't actually have much to be nervous about. I was able to view several properties before applying to any properties which was very nice. We also had two times when we needed maintenance done on the apartment. They had someone there the same day both times and it was fixed very quickly.
