I went to a circuit class today after a long period of inactivity. It took a lot of courage to get there as I felt so nervous and self conscious . It took Lewis around 20 seconds to make me feel welcome and reassure me. I really enjoyed the class and have rediscovered my mojo . Thank you
Enjoyed the lunch time slot workout. The equipment was excellent, coaches motivational and venue clean.
