Bad customer service. Appointment was made and confirmed however my partner stood outside the shop for 35mins and no one turned up on a Saturday morning. She ended up going to another shop in the centre of Bristol

Thank you so much for squeezing me in yesterday. I am really glad I came and found two beautiful dresses and the prices were amazing. Your staff were lovely and so helpful, they really couldn't do enough for me and helped me finally select 'the dress'. This shop is the best value in Bristol and the I think that everyone should visit as you never know you may find your perfect dress at a bargain price - like me! Visited the Bristol outlet last Saturday, on opening day. What a fab experience! They were extremely helpfull. My daughter tried on about 6 dresses, all absolutely stunning. There was plenty of choice in her size, and amazing prices. They were very patient, and not pushy at all. It was all about the bride (my daughter).This was her very first time looking for a dress, (anywhere!) and she ended up buying the first one she tried on.
