We’ve just had new carpet fitted in 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and quality of the work. From start to finish, Kieran, James and the team were welcoming, helpful and very responsive. I appreciated their honesty at all times when we were debating our choices and never felt any pressure to spend more money, in fact it was quite the opposite! Can’t recommend Webster Floors enough and will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

Having ordered a linoleum on the day of fitting I felt had a major mistake. Chris the fitter and Keiran went through my options changed to a more suitable design and colour and continued with the fitting. I am Absolutely delighted and can with confidence recommend this company to give you excellent value and service .

We recently used Webster's on the 2nd flooring job within a year. They delivered a great finish on our carpets on what a large residential assignment. The installers were experienced,,cheerful and helpful themselves to exacting standards.Last year Webster's did a great luxury vinyl job on our downstairs areas last year also. Thanks to Keiran, James, and especially Terry.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kieran gave really good advice in the shop about the carpet I wanted. The carpet quote came through quickly and was a good price. My carpets were fitted a couple of weeks later and 4 doors trimmed. Furniture had to be moved from room to room but was carefully handled. The carpets were laid well. Chris did a fantastic job laying our new carpets on the stairs and first floor, which look beautiful - thanks Chris! However, we were surprised to find leftover grippers left our drive without prior discussion (which we had to dispose of at the tip), and a considerable nick out of the freshly finished woodwork plus quite a few paintwork scuffs, which weren't acknowledged until we noticed them ourselves.
