Had a really good experience with Weatherdry. Zoe was super helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. She made everything really easy and straightforward. Gary came out to do the inspection and was great - really professional and explained everything clearly. Had a consultation with Colin couple months back at the time he was very friendly and assured us the Pv unit for the mold and condensation will work in a few weeks. Since it was installed it has been nearly a month the condensation seems to be spreading. I called two weeks later for a manager to explain it can take time? But why is it getting worse? I initially booked an appointment for a quote but in the meantime I googled them and found these reviews and decided to not go ahead. Try as I might, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to get my quote cancelled, though I tried for at least 45 minutes!! The rep arrived and he was very polite and I told him to that I no longer wanted a quote but then he put me onto the phone with his manager and I got an ear full, and I mean am EAR FULL! I had some work done with this company last year, Gary who attended was very thorough and helpful. My mom also experienced issues with damp, and I recommended Weatherdry to her. She had some damp-proofing work completed last week and is very pleased with the results Highly recommend this company!
They spray walls with soapy water and say it's this miracle weatherproofing concoction. It's a scam. Throw some water against your wall if you've had it done by them and see if you get the same effect that you get in the video. If you try to complain they say it takes a few weeks/ months to get that effect Convenient, they're long gone with your money by then.
