Wealden Community Care looked after my mother Iris seeing to her daily care in an exemplary way for nearly a year. The carers were all very professional, courteous, helpful, polite and kind. My mother ended up incontinent, hopeless and helpless so the carers not only cleaned, showered and dressed her but went the extra mile by making her drinks, cooking ready meals supplied from her kitchen, giving her her medicine, hanging out the laundry, cleaning the floors, bringing the laundry in from the line, phoning the Doctor/Emerge... read more
My late Farther was looked after by Wealden community care for around about 4 years. He was bedbound for 2 of those years and had 4 visits a day. He could be a handful some days ,but staff Could allways make him laugh even through bad times. The vast amount of times everything would run smoothly. On the few odd times things went wrong it was usually down to something outside of any body's control. I will allways be grateful for the care they showed my Dad Ron.
These guys looked after my grandad in the final years of his life. Grandad never wanted carers. But when it came to the time of needing them he actually enjoyed it he looked forward to help they provide but also the work they put in to help above and beyond. He loved the chats and laughs he had with the staff members. Wealden community care were so supportive caring and compassionate I cannot thank there team enough.
Fantastic company to work for My time with Wealden’s community care was a total pleasure.. All office staff were fantastic.. never a problem, so easy to talk to if anything needed sorting. On a personal note in my time there I experienced 2 terrible family loses.. The love & support I got was above & beyond.. My working team was a pleasure to work with.. Training was always a top priority. Support where & when needed was always there. I cannot recommend this care company highly enough 🤩
